Ericka Kelly is the community engagement and communications specialist of MKE United at the Greater Milwaukee Committee, in her role she’s focused on cultivating cross-sector partnerships and developing effective communication strategies that drives an inclusive strategic action agenda for Downtown and its adjacent neighborhoods. 

 

Prior to joining the GMC, Ericka consulted as a project manager supporting city-wide initiatives, collective impact projects and developing tools for equity and inclusion programming. Through her versatile background, she has organized national tradeshows and regional conferences, managed coalition networks and coordinated fundraising campaigns for philanthropic efforts. 

 

Through her work with MKE United, she is committed to being a changemaker by creating community driven solutions that will shape a higher quality of life for all Milwaukeeans.  

 

Ericka graduated from Marquette University with a B.A. in corporate communications and a minor in political science.
