Jared joins the GMC as the Content and Marketing Manager for Scale Up Milwaukee. He is focused on celebrating and promoting the various success stories of our members and the impactful opportunities available through Scale Up events and programs. Jared’s passion has always been in creative storytelling and collaboration, previously through the lens of the performing arts. He is the previous Associate Director of Marketing at Milwaukee Repertory Theater. He is happy to call Milwaukee his new home after spending time in Lexington KY, Detroit MI, Portland OR, and growing up in SW Missouri, where he started his first business, Springfield 2nd Stage. He has an MFA in Theater Management from Wayne State University and an MFA in Directing from University of Portland. He is an experienced theatre educator, director, marketer, and producer.
