In his role as director of operations, Rich is responsible for agency finances, physical plant, human resources, contracting, vendor management, video production and information technology. Prior to joining the GMC in 2002, Rich worked in a variety of organizations including several Fortune 500 companies in the areas of distribution, health care and insurance.

For the last several years, Rich’s focus has been in the nonprofit sector working with organizations committed to social change and community development. Rich also serves as an independent consultant to small organizations and individuals and produces photography and video.

Rich has a degree in information technology with 25 years of experience in software development and project management.
