A New Home for the GMC – We’re Moving!

Dear members of the Greater Milwaukee Committee,

For more than a decade, the Global Water Center in Walkers Point has been home to the Greater Milwaukee Committee. In that time, we’ve watched the building support a growing water ecosystem, welcome new neighbors and become a great community asset. We’ve also seen the neighborhood grow and evolve into a thriving community. Many of you have joined us there, and we’ve truly enjoyed hosting our members and community partners in our space.

Today, I want to share some news with you: at the end of the year, the GMC will move to the 330 Kilbourn building in downtown Milwaukee!

As the GMC has evolved, so have our needs, and 330 Kilbourn is the right fit for how we focus our work. Bringing leaders together is central to what we do, and the building’s large meeting spaces and accessible parking will make it easier to gather, collaborate and convene. It also puts us in the heart of the business district, within walking distance of many of you.

We’ll celebrate with an open house in February, and I hope you’ll join us. More details will follow soon.

I’m grateful for the years we’ve spent at the Global Water Center and I’m excited to welcome you to our new space soon!
