The Fiscal Strength task force also met in July to talk about the future of this work. We have been assisting the City with the Operational Review for the last two years, and there was consensus that there might be an opportunity for an additional focus from this task force outside of the Operational Review. While we are in the midst of exploring our strategic refresh, we are a little too early in the process to understand exactly what the future of this task force could look like but look forward to updating you on this in the coming months. We also look forward to hearing a more thorough overview of our work with the Operational Review from the Mayor at a future GMC meeting.
